You will gain maximum life by taking advantage of the built in reusability. Getting the full value out of your parts will help lower costs, this is done by maximising parts reuse. The longer the component is run after the appearance of problem indicators, the less parts reuse you will typically experience.

To ensure repairs and component rebuilds are performed contaminant-free and hydraulic system cleanliness is maintained, Cat® dealers adhere to a comprehensive Contamination Control program that aims to mitigate the potential for contaminant entry through the use of clean fluids, parts, processes, specialized tooling and certified clean repair facilities. As a result, Cat dealers have a unique ability to perform repairs and meet fluid cleanliness targets set at the factory, unlike most competitors.
